MARION, N.C. — As I first reported today, 59-year-old Rickey Lyn Messer of Marion was arrested on three felony counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. New court records now show Messer was charged on Friday for six additional felony counts of secret peeping following an expanded investigation by the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office.
