Appreciation breakfast for first responders scheduled for Friday
The RCGOP said they will host a free breakfast for current and retired law enforcement, 911 dispatch, EMS, and firefighters on April 12.
The Rutherford County, NC Republican Party (RCGOP) is gearing up to honor the bravery and dedication of local law enforcement officers, 911 dispatchers, EMS personnel, and firefighters with a free breakfast event this Friday, April 12. The event will be held at the Rutherford Co. Annex/Administrative office located at 289 N Main St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139 from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, organizers said in an email to Cops & Congress.
The RCGOP has extended a warm invitation to all current and retired individuals serving in these essential roles, aiming to express gratitude for their tireless service to the community. In addition to the breakfast, the event promises an atmosphere of appreciation and camaraderie, providing an opportunity for these local heroes to connect and share experiences.
Furthermore, the RCGOP has opened the doors for community members to participate actively in showing their support. Volunteers are encouraged to join in for the final setup, starting at 6:00 am on the day of the event. Additionally, individuals interested in contributing items for the breakfast are welcome to drop them off at the Annex on Thursday, April 11, between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
